What’s behind your walls?

Both a Seller and a Realtor MUST disclose any material latent defects to the purchaser of a property.  For Example, asbestos, oil tanks, urea formaldehyde, structural defects.  Excepting these types of defects, a home is usually sold “As-Is”, meaning its buyer beware.  Buyers are advised to do their own due diligence; home inspections are eye-openers!
