I work with developers of multifamily residential sites across British Columbia including apartment strata, bare land strata, and fee simple row housing developments.

I work with our developers from the time of a proposed land acquisition through to individual unit sales to residential purchasers and assist with development permitting, variance, municipal preliminary layout review requirements, subdivision, and stratification.

It is often true in real estate development that the profitability of a project is often determined at the time of raw land acquisition. We regularly review proposed projects when they are conditional raw land deals to identify future opportunity and risk for our clients.
