I regularly represent buyers and sellers of privately held businesses, including asset, share and hybrid transactions in a wide variety of industries with values regularly between $1MM to $50MM.
My primary role is to identify and manage risk while keeping the deal on track, this means working closely with our clients and their other advisors to review the transaction as it unfolds and keeping you informed along the way.
I like to engage with our clients early, usually when parties are ready to draft a Letter and Intent and very often even prior to the other party to the transaction being found, to plan the transaction in concert with our client’s accountants and tax advisors.
