I value my role as trusted advisor to many of these clients with whom I have developed long term business relationships as we have assisted them in lease drafting, renewal, extension, compliance, and default.
Commercial leasing is about good management and best practice and I most often assist commercial landlords when they are:
- contemplating a new acquisition,
- working through an issue with their current lease documents (for example a negotiation with a new national tenant), or
- contemplating a disposition and want to review their current leases in anticipation of a transaction.
