Utility Rights of Way, Mobility and Telecom

I work with both public utility companies and private landowners to negotiate, transact, and register statutory rights of way for mobility and telecommunications uses (cell phone towers).

When new installations are being contemplated, I review and advise on the current interests and charges on the respective titles and work with the parties and their engineers to find a mutually beneficial legal arrangement for these long term installations.
